Subscription Agreement

            

                 Agreement Between User/Subscriber and Trading Mutual Funds, L.L.C.

By using or subscribing to the Internet Web site "Mutual Fund Investing, Trading and Market Timing" (www.TradingMutualFunds.com)(the "Site")owned, operated and published by Trading Mutual Funds, L.L.C. ("TMF"), the User agrees to be bound by this agreement, including the terms and conditions of use, disclosures, as well as applicable laws and regulations. This Agreement supersedes all previous representations, understandings or
agreements.

TMF's Reserved Rights and Copyright and Trademark Notices.

TMF owns all rights, including copyrights, to the intellectual property, information (and the way the information is selected and presented), method of analysis and software incorporated or presented on the Site, or has obtained the permission from those providing content presented on the Site. The names, logos, words and phrases are trademarks of TMF and/or may be trademarks, service marks or trade names of TMF or third parties. The User
may not use, reproduce, transfer, publish, disclose or sell any portion of the Site or information contained on the Site, in violation of this Agreement or any law or regulation.

Personal and Non-Commercial Use Only.

TMF grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable license to use information presented on the Site for personal and non-commercial use. The User may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from this Site.

Site Does Not Provide Investment Advice.

The information contained on the Site is not investment advice and is presented for informational purposes only. The information is not an offer or the solicitation of an offer to purchase any security, mutual fund, or other investment. The strategy and trading signals discussed may not be suitable for particular investors depending on their individual investment objectives and financial position. TMF and its suppliers do not authorize the use of Mutual Fund and ETF price information for any purpose other than your personal use, and prohibit to the maximum extent allowable the resale, redistribution, and use of this information for commercial purposes.

Trading Online With Brokerage And Mutual Fund Firms.

The online trading services which may be accessed through the links contained on this web site are services provided by independent brokerage and mutual fund companies. In order to use these services, User must establish an account directly with such company. TMF provideslinks to selected companies for your convenience only. TMF is not a registered

broker-dealer or mutual fund company, and does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular company. The brokerage or mutual fund company selected by User is solely responsible for its services and User agrees that TMF shall not be liable for any claims or damages of any type arising out of or in any way connected with the use of such services.

TMF does not control third party web sites, and is not responsible for their content. Subscription Based Content.

Some contents and/or services on this Site may be offered to User conditioned on the payment of subscription fees. If User elects to purchase subscription based content/services and transmits to TMF a subscription request, User warrants that all information submitted is true and accurate (including without limitation User's credit card number and expiration
date), and User agrees to pay all subscription fees incurred. Like all web publications,TMF may be temporarily unavailable from time to time due to required maintenance,

telecommunications interruptions, or other disruptions. Although TMF makes every

reasonable effort to minimize such down time, TMF does not guarantee 100% availability

of Mutual Fund Investing Trading and Market Timing. User acknowledges and agrees that User will: (a) provide for User's own access to the World Wide Web and pay any service fees associated with such access, and (b) provide all equipment necessary to make connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem. In consideration of use of this service, User agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about User. If any information provided by User is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, TMF has the right to terminate User's account and refuse any and all current or future use of this service.

Automatic Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Subscribers will be automatically renewed for an additional term upon expiration, unless TMF recieves notice via email at admin@tradingmutualfunds.com 7 days prior to the membership
expiration date. Subscriber authorizes subscriber's credit card to be charged to pay for the cost of the ongoing membership until this Agreement is cancelled via email pursuant to the terms outlined above. You may canel your subscription at any time by sending TMF an email and service will be discontinued immediatley upon receipt of your email. Monthly subscription payments are not refundable. Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any
time within the subscription period and the subscriber will be partially refunded $10.00 per month for each month of the annual subscription period remaining on their annual subscription period.

No Unlawful Or Prohibited Use.

As a condition of use of Site, User warrants to TMF that User will not use Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Transmission or storage of material in violation of federal, state or local regulation is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to material that is copyright, judged to be threatening, compromises security or privacy, or is protected by trade secret. TMF reserves the right
to remove or modify, at its discretion, any material in violation of these policies. User agrees to comply with those terms and conditions, rules and restrictions required by other service providers connected directly or indirectly to Mutual Fund Investing Trading and Market Timing. This includes, but is not limited to, the Acceptable Use Policies established for
Usernet and the Internet which expressly prohibits commercial solicitation. User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TMF from any claims resulting from User conduct and/or use of the Site that damages User or another party.

Modifications or Changes without Notice

TMF reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, pricing and any other information on this Site including, but not limited to, revising and/or deleting features and information without prior notice. By continuing to use this service following such modifications, User agrees to be bound by such modifications to the Agreement.

General

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, U.S.A. User hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in St. Louis County, Missouri, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site. Use of this Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and
conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

User agrees that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between User and TMF as a result of this Agreement or use of this web site.

TMF’s performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of TMF’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to User's use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by TMF with respect to such use.

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between User and TMF with respect to this Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between User and TMF with respect to Site. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

TMF reserves all rights not expressly granted to User.

Software Available On This Site

Software (if any) that is made available to down load from this Site ("Software")is the copyright work of TMF and/or its suppliers. User's use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). User may not install or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless User first agrees to the License
Agreement terms. For any Software not accompanied by a License Agreement, TMF hereby grants User, a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software for viewing and otherwise using this Site in accordance with these terms and conditions, and for no other
purpose. Please note that all Software, including without limitation all HTML code and Active X controls contained in this Site is owned by TMF and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

Any reproduction or Redistribution of the software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited.
The software is warranted, if at all, only according to the terms of the License Agreement. User acknowledges that the Software, and any accompanying documentation and/or technical information, is subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of the USA. User agrees to not export or re-export the Software, directly or indirectly, to any countries that are subject to USA export restrictions.

Transfer

User may not transfer any of User's rights under this Agreement.

Termination

User acknowledges and agrees that TMF may terminate User's password or account or deny User access to all or part of this service without prior notice if User engages in any conduct or activities that TMF in its sole discretion believes violate any of the terms and conditions, violate the rights of Trading Mutual Funds, L.L.C., or is otherwise inappropriate for
continued access.
